Among the 48 suites, a majestic royal suites and an impressive presidential suite promise to establish a new standard of luxury in Venice.
The resort has a wonderful centuries old park with tennis courts and golf courses, as well as an outdoor pool.
Also the restaurant Acquerello was listed into “The World’s Best Hotel Restaurant” by The Daily Meal, at position 16.
The private church of San Clemente Island is ideal for exclusive weddings, blessings and to renew the promises as yet consecrated. The church was founded in 1131 and is adjacent to the hotel. It is one of the most interesting places of worship in Venice for his past intertwined with the great Venetian families.
The hotel is just 15 minutes of navigation from Venice.

JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, the luxury brand of Marriott International, announces that JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa, the first Italian hotel and the first resort in Europe of the brand, will open in Venice in March 2015.
The hotel’s 266 rooms is realized in collaboration with the study of Italian architects Matteo Thun & Partners and will be built on the Island of Roses (Sacca Sessola), a private island in the lagoon of Venice.
The study Matteo Thun & Partners has reconverted the present structures on the island, incorporating in the historical buildings a sustainable, elegant and modern architecture.
The island is located about 20 minutes by boat from Piazza San Marco, and there will find place: swimming pools, playgrounds, spa facilities, and many other activities.
In the more than 16 acres of the island, rich in gardens, orchards and vegetable gardens that provide the raw materials for the four restaurants, guests will have the utmost privacy.
The island is ideal for staying in a quiet place, away from the crowd that invades the streets of Venice.
The hotel is also a perfect location for incentive travel and events of the highest level: on the island there are in fact several evocative spaces, such as the ancient church, ideal for events and ceremonies.
